Within the Year of Fashion and Design 2006 supported by the Brussels Capital Region and the City of Brussels, this event featured the history of the Design Centre 1964-1986, in parallel to the work of three contemporary Belgian designers. Posters designed by Michel Olyff, an exhibition timeline and all kinds of unique documents were put on show. The Design Centre had around 90.000 visitors per year in the 60s and 70s and was part of the international design scene.
Between June 6 – August 31, 2025, Spazio Nobile presents “As far as the eye can see” (A perte de vue), a solo exhibition of ceramics and works on paper by Bela Silva.
For the 3rd edition of Lisbon Design Week, Luso Collective presented “Perception & Matter”, an exhibition featuring work by eleven design studios, with a focus on experimentation, exploration of materiality and “encouraging a re-evaluation of how materials inform not only design but also our emotional response to objects.”
